Ordering is Easy

We’ve combined the convenience of online browsing with personalized service and customization.

Step 1: Choose your items. If you want multiples, you can let us know in the special instructions section.

Step 2: Choose your customizations, which may include color/metal choice, engraving, etc. You’ll have the chance to submit special instructions and questions.

Step 3: Send your order. You do not have to pay at this time. You can submit your order directly through the catalog, call us, or send us an email with your request.

Step 4: Submit payment. We’ll verify the details and give you a final quote. When the details are just right, we’ll send an electronic invoice payable online with any major credit card. Or if you have an appointment coming up, you can choose to pay at that time.

Step 5: Relax. We’ll take care of the rest, including quality checking your order when it arrives. We’ll then ship it to you, or you can pick up at our office by prior arrangement.
