We understand that things can change. You can reschedule or cancel online up to two hours in advance.
If you need to cancel less than two hours in advance, contact us at 808-435-3006. You can leave a message after hours.
Appointments canceled or rescheduled less than two hours in advance are subject to a cancellation fee of $75. However, this fee can be credited toward a future appointment with the same pet. Our full cancellation policy can be found here.
Other Things to Know
There is no need to withhold food or medications. It is helpful, but not necessary, for us to know if your pet received any medications with a sedative effect within the last 6-12 hours.
Think about where you and your pet will be most comfortable. We can almost always accommodate even unusual requests. Many families like to be outside in a private yard, a favorite part of the house, or even the local park or beach.
Consider silencing cell phones to minimize unwanted distractions. You can also download and print this sign alerting visitors not to disturb you.
A clay paw print will be made for you (unless you ask us not to). If you haven’t already, please let us know before your appointment if you would like extras made for $20 each or have special requests for this or other mementos.
We send out electronic invoices by email for payment by credit card prior to the appointment. We can also collect payment by cash or any major credit card during the visit, please let us know if you would prefer this option. You’ll also need to sign a consent form and confirm your choice for aftercare – if you wish, you can preview the form now.
You may wish to view some more information on cremation and home burial (we’ll give you a print copy of this handout at your visit).
