Our expanded hours as of August 2025 are:
- Mondays 9am – 5:30pm
- Tuesdays 3pm – 8pm
- Wednesdays 1pm – 8pm
- Thursdays 11am – 8pm
- Fridays 9am – 3:30pm
- Saturdays 9am – 3pm
- Sundays 11am – 5pm
*Last appointment begins two hours prior to end of day
Days of operation may vary on any given week and this schedule is subject to change without notice. After hours charges apply for appointments beginning later than 4:30pm or any time on Saturday or Sunday. Occasionally we may not have a doctor on a given day if coverage is temporarily unavailable and on certain major holidays (January 1, Memorial Day, July 4, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, and December 25).

Palliative care consultations
Consultations are available on Mondays, Tuesdays, Fridays, and Saturdays upon availability. These appointments are an in-person home visit that generally last 1 hour in total. Please contact our office at 808-435-3006 or 808-460-3119 to schedule.
