Carolyn (the Doctor) & Hanna could not have been more wonderful. They made saying goodbye to our 14 year old Sassy, kind, peaceful and bearable. They treated her with great kindness and respect. We will forever be appreciative of all of Arms of Aloha staff who show so much compassion & concern.

Dr.Amanda was very professional and compassionate. When she arrived she wanted to know about our Samantha and how she came into our life as a foster/ failed rescue. Before proceeding she examined Samantha before administering the first drug. After about 5 minutes she checked to see if Samantha was responsive, she needed a few more minutes. She check again and she was sedated so Dr. asked if she could proceed with the final shot. We said yes, and she gave the last injection. I had my hand on her body, but within a matter of a few seconds I knew she was gone. Dr. listened for a heart beat and then said Samantha has passed. Dr. gave us a few minutes to say our goodbye and she returned with a light in a bag that said, my love still shrines bright. Dr and my husband wrapped Samantha in a blanket and my husband carried her out to the car. Where Dr had a bed in her trunk and Brother Izz playing Somewhere over the Rainbow. Arms of Aloha service is amazing! We knew when making the appointment what the cost would be and what was included. Samatha come home to us in a blue satin bag and wooden box. Along with a certificate with the date of cremation, a ceremic paw print and lock of hair. The love and compassion shown to us by the staff at Arms of Aloha will be in our memories forever. Mahalo nui loa! 🐾🌈

In the most gut wrenching, difficult decision we had to make in our life, from the very first communication, Arms of Aloha was compassionate, patient, and professional in relaying information that was difficult. Our smart sweet boy was so so sick, fought so hard but kept his cognitive clearness. Dr Naun was so gentle and loving. She explained the process clearly. Our sweet boy crossed the Rainbow Bridge hear our voices with love.

Dr. Naun was incredibly patient, respectful and understanding during the process. It was wonderful knowing our sweet boy passed peacefully with his family on his favorite blanket at home.
